GREEN TURTLE WATCHES
Each and every one of our watches are named after an important point in the history of horology. In 1954, the world saw its first GMT watch, originally created for pilots flying across time zones in a matter of hours and naturally, our 1954 GMT Green Turtle carries its name hereafter.
The watch is carefully designed with quality materials, sapphire glass and with a meticulous level of detail - from its textured dial inspired by green sea turtles to its subtle gold markers and hands encapsulated in a timeless steel case.
HOW IT'S DONE
On the Derawan islands off East-Borneo in Indonesia, local rangers patrol beaches on a 24/7 basis to ensure hatching turtles reach the shallows safely, guiding and watching over them from start to finish.
Because of this, baby turtles are given a fair chance at life, beginning their journey as they safely (and slowly) make their way through the sand into the sea. You directly contribute to a safe beginning for 20 baby turtles.
